There are no pros. Only pro is that the kids hate the leadership team like the staff
Cons
Worst place, long hours, leadership make you do silly tasks like put exam papers in alphabetical order and every scared of Douglas and he wouldn’t let teachers walk around without a blazer or teach with a blazer even if it was 38 degrees, he had to declare a non tie day for anyone to take their blazer off, whilst he sits in his office
