Pros

Used to be able to watch matches on break, although they have probably stopped allowing this. Flexible Hours

Cons

Very poor management, somehow are excellent at hiring cold-hearted and disrespectful people to manage teams. Some were very strange towards the younger girls who worked there. Take eons to reply to emails yet expect instant replies to their own. Used to allow us to eat leftover food from the kitchens, but they banned this and instead we watch them chuck an unbelievable amount (trays and trays and trays) of delicious edible food, straight into the bin. Shocking and insulting.

Pros

Great part-time job for a student as the zero hour contract and weekend and evening shifts gives flexibility around studies.

Cons

Little training and often placed on different concession stands. This made it hard to get to know other employees as always working with different people.
