My perspective on the cons of working here are that wages are not competitive, and management is unresponsive to even the smallest of employee requests such as a simple pantry restock. Low benefits, meagre food and transport allowances. Bonuses are dependent on the whims of management and increments are similarly treated ( I received no increments during my entire time there ). From my experience, management often presents ambiguous or unclear goals and features to their employees, leading to overworked and stressful conditions for the engineers. Office politicking is seen as the norm in the leadership culture, which in my opinion is the cause of the unclear goals, unrealistic expectations, unhelpful benefits and unsatisfactory compensation for employees on the whole.
