Pros

I worked at Asiatech as an HR Manager for 2 years. When I joined, there was no HR structure in place—no appointment letters, joining formalities, or induction materials. I built the entire HR framework from scratch, including all essential documentation and processes and implement many practices which is essential in any corporate. Despite my hard work and dedication, my exit experience was deeply unprofessional. After serving my full notice period, one of the directors, Prateek Rastogi, gave false and unethical feedback during my background verification (BGV) for a reputed MNC opportunity—clearly driven by jealousy and personal bias. This kind of unprofessional behavior speaks volumes about the toxic work culture fostered under his leadership. The work environment is toxic and extremely micro-managed by him. Employees are constantly monitored through surveillance cameras. New policies are implemented arbitrarily, and when they backfire, HR is expected to clean up the mess. It’s a highly reactive, stressful, and demotivating setup. There is no respect for structure, accountability, or professional growth. Most disturbingly, the company practices religious discrimination. Employees were told they could not offer Friday namaz, and were threatened with a full-day leave deduction if they did. The same director instructed the sales manager not to hire Muslim candidates, which is not only unethical but illegal. It’s hypocritical that they onboard Muslim clients for business while holding such biased views internally. This was the worst experience of my 4-year corporate journey .The company not only lacks integrity and appreciation but can also damage your future prospects through unethical behavior. If you value professionalism, respect, and growth, I strongly advise staying away from this organization. At the end you will only feel regretting just like me. They think that they have the rights to spoil my career growth but unfortunately they failed to do so. Atleast I got to know how they treat their employees after leaving the company. I know...now they will ask Glassdoor to delete my honest review.

Cons

This organization seems like a school where no one can talk to anyone on floor not even authorised to use their cell phones. And the director is a cctv camera who always monitoring employee in cameras.
