Organization lack leadership qualities starting with CEO. Micro managing and lack of commitment to employees welfare resulted to being a laggard company. Time management sucks that leads to everyday meetings without clear cut agenda. Leadership dwells mostly on day to day concerns. No vision and no commitment to promote change. Employees are kept in the dark (unless your with Finance) whether the company is earning or not. This becomes a scapegoat not to improve employee benefits.

Top management were controlled by the pioneer employees who manipulates the mind of the CEO. I totally agree with the previous review that they can make a rumor for a specific employee to brainwash other employees’ minds that would create a different story just to save the company’s reputation. NO TEAMWORK here because they keep on hiding every transactions so as come to the point that the top management were blind-folded with the reports given by the “TRuSTED ONES’’ which can be counted with your hands. 24/7 on call and at the end of the day, you were to be blamed of the back-logged jobs that not properly turned-over, you will be surprised that you have been hated and rumored by the closed employees. The only company that doesn’t want employees to be interacted and you will be suspected to maliscious gossiping over your co-workers.
