Great learning environment but pay and rewards lack consistency
Pros
- You will learn a lot of technical skills and techniques in Adobe Photoshop and Indesign as well as how to integrate other Adobe Apps with your workflow. - Most employees and workmates especially in a particular department are friendly, approachable and willing to teach you a few tricks to make your work more efficient. - You will also learn a lot of soft-skills such as time management, flexibility, and speed from handling different clients. - Nice work from home set-up depending on your distance from the office - You are provided with a CPU and some devices if needed for the job but monitor, mouse, and keyboard are not included.
Cons
- For a lot of projects and job responsibilities, the pay is enough but underwhelming. - Good performance and output is not always rewarded by the company. - Can be an exhausting commute as you have to walk 15-20 mins from Ortigas Station.
