Pros

You can meet some very nice people here. The majority of the people are hired on a referral basis. Family and friends. The work life balance is very helpful for those with ongoing medical conditions or have children. The pay is reasonable too.

Cons

It's good that this is a family and friends business, but that is also an issue. There's a lot of favoritism. The only way you get ahead is if you rub elbows with upper management. Speaking of, they are a bunch of bullies. It's really a my way or the high way type thing around here. Overall their retaliation is a huge red flag of their capabilities to actually lead/manage their people. They like to play childish games if you dare have an opinion of your own. They are also more focused on fun and socializing than the welfare of their employees. We are in a pandemic! Many of the issues are company wide, regardless of the office you are a part of.

Pros

You really do build strong relationships with your coworkers. I am very thankful for this because I never would have lasted as long if not.

Cons

-You are working for a degree mill. It’s important to note this because at the end of the day they will do anything and everything for that student’s money. That includes treating you poorly! -You will be monitored...heavily! You’re going to clock in/out for breaks, have your calls recorded, chats and emails monitored and be required to make a certain amount of calls a day. -Have you worked at a customer service call center before? Great! You will feel at home. -You will receive a standard 3% raise annually, do not ask for more, you won’t get it. -You will be yelled at, cursed at and blamed for your student’s ineptitude. When you share this with your supervisor, they will blame you.
