      Ability to WFH (but you will be criticised) Free beer

      Cons

      Senior managers are bullies shielded from consequence. If work slows down you will be encouraged to upskill, and then penalised/disestablished for not bringing in billable hours. Technical debt is enormous and continues to grow. Any work to address technical debt is treated as unimportant.
