Pros

Exposure to a lot of process development and clean up. This is ideal for early to mid career individuals.

Cons

(See above) but do not expect to get paid fairly, promoted or rewarded for your contributions. You'll likely hear the terminology lateral movement. Micromanagement from leadership. Claims to have and want agility but does not have the appropriate resources or development processes in place. Overly pushes a desired culture while HR hassle employees for good reviews.

Pros

It's a unique work culture that fits really well with my own work style. It's fast paced and there's always lots to do, but it's engaging and fun. Thinking outside the box highly encouraged. Mobility goes horizontally (get tons of experience outside your specific role) as well as vertically. Leadership very engaged with entire staff, projects, etc, but encourage employees to run with ideas.

Cons

Can sometimes be too fast-paced for some people but those who thrive in a fast but positive environment will do great

Pros

-You'll get free lunch every Tuesday and a generous amount of PTO mixed with holidays. -If you're coming right out of college like a lot of the people there, it's a decent salary.

Cons

The work culture is extremely toxic. There are clear favorites and if you're not one of them, good luck getting a promotion. Avoid this place at all costs.
