Aspida is hands down the best company I've worked for. The company is not bogged down by bureaucracy, and when opportunities to improve the business arise, we move quickly and decisively. The culture also empowers people to take appropriate risks, try new ideas, and learn from them. Accountability is ingrained at every level - not just for yourself, but for your peers and your team - which creates a high-trust, high-performance environment. Most importantly, the support from leadership is outstanding. Leaders are accessible, invested, and genuinely care about both the success of the business and the people within it.
