Pros
Lovely idea for a school, and runs very well. amazing opportunity to learn and bond with these children, while feeling like you make a real difference in their lives.
Cons
Coming from no experience in this field, I wouldnt recommend. Maybe the interview process didnt explain the job properly, but I was not ready for the toll this job takes on you. Again, I have not worked with children with ASD so being thrown into the fire with little support caused me to quit a month later. High turnover rates as well, most people had been there less than a year.
