Pros

This is truly a place where they are all about the kids. Some BCBAs are better than others but if you don't feel comfortable talking to your supervisor about a certain issue you can always get through to the Clinical Director or Center Manager and your voice is heard. Love the shout out program to those who doing a great job. Love the center and the way they do different transitions. Trainers do a great job supporting us too.

Cons

Wish all BCBAs could be on the same page and communication could be better.

Thank you for your review. It is important to know employees feel comfortable talking to their supervisors and management team. Aspire cares a lot about their employees and kids they work with.

Pros

I have had great communication with my supervisor. Nice to have someone to check in on you on a monthly basis and make sure you feel supported. Trainers are also great to ask questions and support you if needing a peer break.

Cons

Would be nice to have a consistent schedule, I know schedulers and Center Manager have been trying to make this work.

Pros

Training process was great (other than having to switch kids when a kid called out). I usually work all hours that I originally signed up for. BCBAs and management are easily accessible. They have a great center set up, open and clean. They even have an open area downstairs just for staff to have a nice break/lunch away from the kids upstairs. Management will buy food for everyone every once in a while. Cool rewards system! Kids are great, staff is great.

Cons

Wish the schedule could be consistent, but it is hard with cancellations.
