There are some passionate people who work there who promote healthier and safer versions of ABA. However the people who do stay and who are good often get burned out. They deserve to be compensated more.

ABA is wildly unregulated and people who are autistic who can speak for themselves often don't like the ABA treatment they received when they were children.
Coworkers are mainly nice and supportive. The pay is decent.

Inflexible shchedules poor management toxic work culture they will overwork and guilt trip you and discriminate against you. Don’t be surprised if you’re fired in three months.
