Pros

Not many pros honestly. Somewhat flexible work schedule is really the only thing.

Cons

Terrible pay. Expected to cover multiple positions with no extra pay. Clients are allowed to treat you badly and you are expected to deal with it. Program director, supervisor, and other company management are corrupt and do unlawful things.

Pros

Dedicated employees who work hard for client's, flexible schedule, helping client's work towards a healthier way of living, once a year employee appreciation event

Cons

They have some of the most ridiculous schedule policies (amoung others), poor management in most the group homes, and disregard for group home maintenance/updates such as bed bug removal. They expect the employees to take the initiative to spray for bed bugs with no true training or proper protective gear.

Pros

It's easy to outsmart the pea-brained Anderson management

Cons

Company culture thrives off of threats of firing, underpays employees and using clients rather than helps them. This place is the epitome of what's wrong with mental health care services.
