Wonderful (former) team, toxic leadership
Pros
- Working with the DoD is pretty cool. - If you are someone who can establish and maintain strong boundaries, don't really care much about a growth trajectory and just want an easy 9-5, you might be okay. - Free parking near Dickson
Cons
- To my knowledge, every single person of the last team has left at this point, likely because the leadership can be toxic. - There doesn't seem to be any real profit sharing or bonus. There was some many years ago, but it wasn't much (much less than $1k I believe) - Sometimes you are required to alter the truth about things, which isn't great if things like that bother you. - There doesn't seem to be much real growth or opportunities beyond the role you enter in. - Be mindful that you will likely be interviewing with and dealing with an extremely talented salesman (the CEO). Don't get sold to. Get everything in writing. - Probably not the best for those new to the field since there is little opportunity to learn from others or much growth trajectory.
