      None come to mind. It seems wonderful at first but as you get to know the inner workings of the company you’ll want to run away as fast as you can.

      Cons

      Too many to name. If you ever have the misfortune of working there, you’ll see for yourself.

      Great People Great Clients Open minded Not stuffy

      Cons

      Employee ownership structure doesn't allow money to flow down, low pay, bad management selection process, no talent recognition, favoritism, no career path, it's all about Wealth management everything else is secondary. Don't waste your effort.
