      Great People Great Clients Open minded Not stuffy

      Cons

      Employee ownership structure doesn't allow money to flow down, low pay, bad management selection process, no talent recognition, favoritism, no career path, it's all about Wealth management everything else is secondary. Don't waste your effort.

      -Generous education benefit -Ideal position for someone who does not want to move within wealth management

      Cons

      -Lack of client facing experience -Success highly dependent on team. This is not a position for someone who wants/works better alone.
