      Pros

      Very useful insurance service for end user.

      Cons

      Out of touch with current practices. Poor leadership, communication and collaboration between departments. Franchise recruitment in decline for last 3 years . Management, systems and processes are out of date and not agile enough. Focus on presenting a positive image and celebrating successes rather than supporting recruitment to grow the business.

      Job descriptions published are very misleading to what the job actually entails, in most of the roles. All the staff are negative due to poor management. Avoid at all costs
