Bad Better Business Bureau reviews. The owner Jessica gossips way to much. Jessica screams at her employees. No communication. The only way you can work up in the company is being apart of Jessica click. She is very aggressive on how she deals with people when there is issues. No positive reinforcement. If she doesnt like your work she wont pay you. She blocks her customers from contacting her when there is issues. She has poor customer service. They dislike anyone who messages them about issues, however, they are $ 200 blankets so they should be more than willing to help there customers. They have complained about many customers. She gossiped/mocked about her competition (sew sweet minky) losing a child. Which then her competition posted a heart breaking video talking about the lies that where made up. Constantly threatens her employees job's for stupid reasons. A big red flag is they don't have a hand book that state their policies. They dont even make you sign anything that has any sort of policies on it. So they constantly make up stuff to be mad about. And you are left unsure or what you can or can't do. Constantly brags about the "good "things she does for people. Which she'll later hang over your head if you have an issue with her.
