Good company with lots of development opportunities
Pros
The recruitment process was very smooth, initial conversations took place and formal offer was made a month or so later. Good onboarding, team is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of opportunities to develop in this growing and dynamic company. As it is a smaller company you get to be involved and exposed to all parts of your function which is great if you enjoy a challenge - different from working for a larger company where you share responsibilities with a big team which can sometimes stifle development or ends up being mundane.
Cons
It's a young company, therefore, the organisation is still developing and a stronger structure is a work in progress, which if invested in will ensure all facets of the business grow/managed effectively resulting in a solid and engaged company.
