      The pros about this job is that the VP brings baked goods almost every month. She’s an excellent baker and she’s very nice.

      Cons

      This is a very stressful environment with entitled individuals. People overextend themselves at the job, and don’t take breaks, work from home unpaid and demand the same unhealthy lifestyle on others.

      You are given relative independence over your daily tasks.

      Cons

      If you're not a doctor or management, they don't really appreciate or compensate you as an employee. There are not many growth opportunities, just a lot of lateral growth.
