1. Hire and fire policy - they really have no idea about the job profile they are looking for, and hence they hire without having any clarity on what is to be expected from the employee. Was fired in 15 days saying - ' I DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS' . (have to mention i have excellent academic record and was picked by another company within a month at a much higher pay) 2. No incentives at all. 3. A lot of bias 4. Very less exposure due to limited scale of operations of the company 5. Poor Infrastructure 6. Incompetent pay

The organization is neither a corporate nor a family-run business in its full form. I worked with them for two years, and while I learnt many lessons, I would not recommend this as a workplace. Salary levels are low, politics is rampant, no long term strategy or vision, the CEO only treats Americans as humans, and values only their opinion. India team is seen purely as workforce and mistreated. They use the HR to police people and hence, no policies are people-friendly. the alignment with the CEO is equal to “yes sir”. A difference of opinion is looked down upon. The Old-timer Accounts or Design people are rigid in their ways and instruments of politics. Intelligence levels are absent.
