Hello and Thank you for your input. I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience while working for Asset Quest. I would like to address some of your comments. First all of our Sales Force is required to have a FL Real Estate License and we actually paid for several of our employees to obtain one. Commission % can change at a "whim" as you would say. Sometimes the Manager will increase the % if it is a hard to fill area or if it is at high demand. We will increase the commission by 5% or more! We did have phone issues when we moved to our new location. We put in State of the art Fiber Optics and unfortunately the building was older so it took some tweaking for it to be compatible. This must mean you were one of the 3 people that we let go in the past 6 months. I am sorry you were not able to "succeed" here. Maybe your new company will be a better fit for you.
