I have been working for this company for a long time but I have never seen anyone being disturbed because of anything gone wrong in the business even when there were less than expected results. People keep working with cool and calm. there are no issues of inter-department coordination.
Cons
The only thing that I regret is that the people who have been doing great work are sometimes not appraised in time giving way to a little resentment in them.
