Pros

Work schedule is only three days a week

Cons

Very cheap company, I started at 16 dollars because I speak different languages and after three years I was making $16.81. Very poor management that has zero consideration for employees Very toxic environment Turn over rate is very high

Pros

Product is stellar! Operations team is the best I have ever worked with. Team self regulates and works under the highest of work ethics. Team is educated, talented, and dedicated.

Cons

Top leadership micromanages and is not accepting of new ideas. CEO needs to approve schedule changes. Leadership purposefully put team at risk by not allowing WFH even during peak Covid19 outbreak. WFH is doable and will pose no compliance issues yet leadership demands on site presents. There is also discrimination against Arab speaking employees and extreme favoritism with a like me bias for young white males. Heartbreaking considering the amount of talent that is displayed in operations.

Pros

Everyone comes together as a team during difficult situations. Only 3 days a week.

Cons

Workplace drama is a thing here. Sometimes certain case loads are way to difficult for one person to handle. Management isn’t always around. Some of your training won’t carry over to working on the floor. The company offered me $15 an hour to start (fast food pay)
