      Pros

      There is none. Very big turnover rate.

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay, unfair, a lot of work for minimum wage, when asked for a raise the owner of the company will ask you if you have a degree. Manager having full blown arguments with employee infront of everyone and owner just sits in his office. Call center work environment. Worst place I have ever worked at.

      There is a laundry list long for the cons but the most important is the passive aggression and lack of support

      Great place to work. Supervisors and managers are responsive and timely. Very understanding of emergencies.
