      Pros

      I enjoyed working with certain people. Majority of the employees act like there are still in high school and are in competition to be popular.

      Cons

      Let's just say the company is like watching The Office and there a bunch of Kellys, Angelas, one Dwight, Kevins, and Stanleys. I was Jim without the pranks and consistently looking for a camera to stare into because I could not believe the work environment I was in. Oh, and also a few Creeds!

      Pros

      ACU is very member/employee focused. They really care and try to create a family culture. The company is growing steadily.

      Cons

      In a regulated industry, things change on a dime thanks to new rules/regulations. This sometimes causes workers to have to quickly adapt. Career development is an ongoing struggle within the company. This is something the management team is aware of and working to change, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. There just are no defined rules on what is needed for a promotion or when a promotion is warranted or when a position is even open for promotion.
