      Pros

      Stable employer without major cost reductions, even when things are slow. Leadership continues to try to evolve the company and continue to be more advanced than our competitors. Career advancement is a focus and there is a desire to see employees progress in there career. Lots of opportunities to give back to the community. Dedicated groups focused on client satisfaction and employee experience. The company is investing in technology and training. Great benefits package with multiple options.

      Cons

      The company is growing through new clients and acquisitions. That brings some challenge but in a good way.

      Worst Leadership Makes Each Day Suffocating

      If you want to take notes on how a leadership team shouldn't behave like, this workplace can offer you that.

      Cons

      The leadership is awful. They are rude, disrespectful, and humiliate employees publicity over little things. Their poor behavior means employees are always scared of a confrontation or a meeting with them. It got so sad that I chronic stress. I forgot what happiness looked like. Working here is terrible experience. Please stay away.

      If you were homeless, living on the streets, unable to feed your children...I still would not recommend *any* job here. If your organization is looking for management...look elsewhere...unless you intend to dissolve within the next year. The only pro is that everyone else is as miserable as you, so you will not be lonely.

      Cons

      Every possible con exists here (even ones you have never heard of)...all at the same time...every single day. This company has the highest turnover I have ever seen. I just gave my notice and I've only been here one year. Again, do not even think of working/partnering here, even in your most desperate of situations.
