AH has excellent owners and a leadership team that (most of them) care about their department team members. Through COVID, this company moved to a virtual and now hybrid work environment to keep employees safe. They listen to employee feedback, even the ones who complain about the forks they provide (yes, I'm serious). In this time where employees feel entitled to every perk, this company responds. Salary is commensurate with the client you're working on and the level of complexity of the work. If you're a coordinator/entry level, pay will be the same across the company. If you are an Executive Director and your client budget is $500k, you will not be paid the same as the ED whose client's budget is $3M - it's simple math and the level of effort and expertise needed to support the more complex client will warrant a higher salary. If you're looking for a company who values hard work, training and credentials, and want to build a career, you can do that at AH. Bring the right attitude and work ethic, stay out of the drama and smile. It's a great place to work and grow.

In this time of entitlement and feeling we have a right to things simply because we do, those vocal minority complainers get the ear of management too often. I wish they would self-select and move on, it's not the culture AH is fostering.

The leadership is awful. They are rude, disrespectful, and humiliate employees publicity over little things. Their poor behavior means employees are always scared of a confrontation or a meeting with them. It got so sad that I chronic stress. I forgot what happiness looked like. Working here is terrible experience. Please stay away.
