Pros
I have been with ASD for 3 years now, and each year has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, as the Company has come alongside me in my personal growth no matter what stage the Company has gone through. I cannot say enough nice things about the team I work with, and the relationships I have been able to foster.
Cons
As a relatively new Company, there have been some vision changes and bumps in the road that have shifted priority, but that is to be expected and embraced with any Company in its infancy.
