Great environment, great people, room for growth if you are willing to put in the work. Upper management is easy to talk to and will work with you to achieve goals (pre-acquisition)
Cons
Needs better training but that comes with a start up. This is where tenacity and willingness to get ask questions and be proactive helps. Since the acquisition it's not the same and has a corporate feel.
