Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great co-workers. PTO and work-life balance. Clinical directors and patient care managers listen to you.

Cons

Paperwork expectations continue to grow. Upper level management. High turnover rate. As a PT you do more paperwork than treatment. The PTAs do all the treatment.
