      Late payment of salary Deduction of salary as per the wish of management No national holidays and medical leaves No payment of freelancing Rude behaviour of CRM and TL Biased management

      Pros

      It is close to a commutable bus lane if they let you leave on time. But they won't. They show they are cultural, it's all a facade.

      Cons

      Manager, HR, all are very unprofessional. Abusive. Very unprofessional language. You may get fired without any notice. For very stupid reasons.

      Pros

      tbh there are no pros and advantages as employees are not respected and the every senior employer or the floor manager is biased towards an influential team leader, thus no equity, reliability and respect for the hard working employees.

      Cons

      As said, no equity in the work environment. The human resource is inefficient and worst. The floor manager and team leaders have just no respect for you even if you face any difficulty with your work or any relevant matter. Beware before applying at this company and tbh this company won't last in a longer run if it still doesn't change its HR policies and learns to bring equity and fair judgement.
