      Pros

      The employees make it worth it. Wonderful team of entry-mid level employees. Good work ethic and committed to the company values.

      Cons

      As a field service engineer, the work life balance was terrible and leadership didn't mind. The service department had high turn-over and no opportunities for upward mobility. The executives do not reward their hardest working employees (from other departments as well) with upward mobility. They would rather hire from the outside and keep people where they produce the most.

      Great company culture that genuinely cares about their clients. Flexible PTO, career and personal development tools, and a close-knit team.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but it's a smaller laser company that's in its growing stages.
