Pros
I am saying this actively trying to be fair and not come into this with an ax to grind, but there is nothing here that can’t be found better elsewhere.
Cons
I have never worked for an organization with worse leadership. The corporate office refuses any input from SMEs, and this arrogance and irresponsibility has lead to significant loss in business. Furthermore, they treat employees incredibly poorly, and make it clear they are unwilling to invest in either their people or in necessary improvements to their systems.
