      Pros

      The company is clearly firing on all cylinders - dominant market share, significant (and rapidly growing) revenue, exciting technology and incredible customer base. But above all, a fun place to work (and party!) with a culture of transparency, integrity, learning and team work.

      Cons

      Too many projects, too few people!! Coffee machine needs to be upgraded to keep up with team growth :-)

      Pros

      Relentless focus on solving customers’ problems drives the priorities at Astera. This brings the team together to ensure flawless execution to meet customer commitments. As a marketer this gives me the confidence to aim high since I know a very capable team is behind me!

      Cons

      I enjoy the pace, independence, transparent and innovative work environment, but if you are the sort of person that expects validation/approval from peers/managers or lack self-belief then perhaps Astera might not be the right place.
