      Pros

      Easy to take 360 Panoramas of clean vacant properties inside and outside. Some locations are within 5-10 miles of home. Selection of tasks are optional and not mandatory.

      Cons

      Initial pay per assignment was reduced to a lower rate. Team members may request additional photos after spending more than an hour at some locations. Make sure the task claimed is worth the pay.

      It's mainly work from home setup That is the only Pro

      Cons

      A Lot Unpaid overtime 4 to 16 hours of overtime daily, even during weekends Management only hears what they want to hear No benefits AT ALL They act like they are paying you 24/7 every day. You have to be on standby and ready to work when they ask you, doesn't matter if it's your day off or UNPAID vacation leave. System's old school, and policies are ever changing Even CEO asks why a certain rule is being followed even when he was the one who implemented them. Higher ups curses a lot. Very good at boosting morale: consistently criticizing people in front of everyone Politics is rampant and too obvious, they promote people who piggybacks on other people's work, just because they're friends. A lot more. Most of the employees are zombies All for $600
