The biggest issue at Aston Martin Works is the management — or rather, the lack of it. Leadership is disorganized, reactive instead of proactive, and often makes decisions without understanding the actual work or listening to the people doing it. There’s no clear vision, no consistent communication, and priorities change on a whim, leaving employees scrambling to adjust. Constructive feedback is rarely welcomed, and when problems are raised, they’re often dismissed instead of addressed. Because of these issues, morale is low, turnover is high, and talented employees are constantly leaving for better-run companies. The work itself could be rewarding, but the poor management overshadows everything.

The managers at Aston Martin Works are awful, lack of direction, corrupt in some instances, top manager is an utter crook and completely takes advantage of his position, uses the site for his own personnel storage facility, stores his own cars and bikes and other personal items in company on site garages, disappears to go flying whenever he wants, walks round 2/3 times a day watching everyone else work, totally useless as a manager, all this while aml employees are being made redundant
