Pros

Wide range of experiences and disgnoses working with ages 2-21 years of age. Good benefits. Working four days a week.

Cons

Very high caseload average of 70. Back to back to back clients with only a half hour lunch break. Three of the days you work per week you are required to stay until 8. The pay is very low.

Pros

Vacation and the children set in a beautiful historic building.

Cons

Top heavy organization. Their motto about being all about "children and families" is ALL talk. People with founded allegations are permitted to continue to work there. The pay is pitiful and the executive management are crooks.
