      Pros

      Great culture for a finance firm. Very horizontal structure, good mobility and interpersonal relationships. Global firm with wide geographic and sector reach, while maintaining a small-firm culture.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, depending on deal cycles. Never as bad as traditional investment banking, though.
