      - Getting to touch multiple projects - Dynamic work environment -

      Cons

      - Leadership is lacking at some times, downright incompetent in others - Salaries are low - No real HR; close-knit environment can be a great thing, but there were many instances where this was not the case and there was no real recourse.

      Working at Astro was one of the highlights of my career so far. I would recommend it to anyone with the opportunity.

      There can be times when it's necessary to stay after hours, but that comes with the career.
