Working at Astro was one of the highlights of my career so far. I would recommend it to anyone with the opportunity.

There can be times when it's necessary to stay after hours, but that comes with the career.

Incredible people. What a culture, coming to work here is fun, relaxed, and everyone is so self motivated that it becomes contagious. There is so much energy in the studio that, quite frankly, makes this fun. You get control of the projects, you can apply your own style and express yourself as a designer.

The freedom to use and apply your own style is a double edge sword, because that means with some projects you won't get the mentoring that junior designers might need. A lot of times we're let to go down a path and maybe it wasn't always the best path. In time this teaches us, but it's a lot of sink or swim.
