Doing their best to navigate a complex transition with significant employee growth
Pros
- Amazing engineers, definitely top tier quality - Cool work and cool people - Pushing the boundaries of lunar technology
Cons
- Somewhat messy roadmap for the foreseeable future - Financially very lean (pro or con depending on how you look at it) - Growing pains (20 -> 100 people in the last year or so, reduction in transparency from leadership, processes still evolving, HR is actually "real" now, etc.) - Comp and bennies are pretty meh, and lunch stipend barely covers 2 lunches a week - Work-life balance has also gone down hill a good bit - Employee parking is an absolute disaster right now. Need to get in before 8:30am to guarantee a parking spot within 5 min of the building, otherwise you're parking 15+ min away at a remote overflow lot.
