      none, if you are treated badly how can there be any pros?

      super cunning / double faced sharada sharma will sweet talk who is back by the founder has fired more than 20 people in the last two years without reason. cmo fired but miraculously brought back without reason. you will be shouted, insulted, humiliated at astrum. there is no science to that

      - Great office space & location

      Cons

      Well well well. - The senior management is terrible, they micromanage, get into your business all the time, way too invested - No work life balance - A lot of office politics - they will tell you during orientation it is all lies, the reviews online are from ex employees who leave o bad term but 9/10 of their employees leave on bad term - rarely people decide to stay over 4 months in this organisation - Very Yes sir/ma'am culture. You have to just be a yes man, otherwise you are disliked by the senior management - It is effectively a lala company pretending to be a fancy company. - Toxicity levels are insane, too much work but no support, unrealistic expectations from all the employees. - Mostly it is one person running the whole team, they are always understaffed or hiring bad recruits

      1. Good learning ground for people who are fairly new to the industry 2. Trusting and empowering management 3. Freedom to innovate and challenge the status quo across all levels 4. Appreciation for talent and hardwork - excellent monetary benefits 5. High-performing employees are well looked after and cherished

      Cons

      Since it is a high-pressure industry, the work-life balance may get affected at times. But that is the case with the whole communication industry.
