Has been steadily going downhill since it was acquired by PayGroup in late 2019. During 2020 management were mostly consumed with meeting and reporting to PayGroup management, and from 2021 Astute management was largely dismantled and replaced with PayGroup management, who tend to make decisions based on return to shareholders without awareness of Astute’s product, clients, or staff. This resulted in very high staff turnover in 2021 which has continued into 2022.

Salary is a little low compared to the market
