Micromanagement

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Slightly above average salary. Even then they don’t distribute the same salary across the board for the same job title/position. Based on favouritism.

Cons

Micromanagement. No incentives once KPIs are consistently met. Favouritism. Two faced, fake, and manipulative. Some nice people, but the nice ones don’t last long. Even when your performance is at peak, and you have been striving to work your absolute best, over time, weekends, and more - it’s still never acknowledged or good enough. It’s not what you know, it’s all who you know, and who’s ego you are stroking.

Pros

Easy to get employed without any industry experience.

Cons

High pressure, large caseloads - 100+, caseloads from July 2023 were meant to be 60-80. Unachievable KPIs - won’t hit your targets and won’t get your bonuses. High staff turnover in less than 12 months in certain regions.

Pros

Nothing comes to mind unfortunately.

Cons

Next to none HR functions ( orientation, employee support etc), no training, rumours regarding former employee being bully that leads to legal crisis
