Micromanagement and politics are everywhere in the company. The management does not care about the employees' development and career path; instead they involve the staff in their polics war and only promote those who are on their side. All the key developers left and many want to leave. They make no attempt to develop a strong technical base, and just want to keep obedient people. Salary adjustment is just another thing. They gave everyone an average of less than 10% payrise (some less than 1% which is what the hell), no exception for people with high performance.

Really hard to get the promotion. Even from Junior to SE or SE to SSE. The percent of salary raises each year is less than 10% ( in case you get promotion, you will get from 8-12%). Some persons get less than 1%. Almost Employees salary are about 400$ to 1000$. So the rate is really low in Viet Nam. Don't care about the employees. Remember, they do not keep you if you want to leave even your performance is on the highest top ranks. Don't have any session to study like the other companies. The working time is really tricky. Have politics in company.
