Pros

The pros of this job was being able to work remotely.

Cons

Employees are undervalued extremely. Their personal lives are not considered at all and your entire life should be indebted to this company. The management needs serious revaluation and change as the people can be extremely rude. Communication is done by being yelled at in meetings or talked down to like you are a child. I have watched five Co-workers in the APC role leave in 2 months. If you aren't liked my hire management team, be prepared for your job to be targeted. I do not recommend working here unless you are fresh out of college looking to get a first job. Even then be prepared to leave after a year. As of currently, there aren't many roles to advance to within this company.

Pros

-Remote -Good coworkers -Easy job once you get it down

Cons

Upper management does not actually have your best interest. They pay you what you’re happy with and not what you’re worth. An employee died and there were no resources provided nor check-in’s to see how employees were doing. After said employee passed, their team was simply reorganized and never spoken to again. I did not have one on one’s with my direct manager for two years which meant I was stuck in my role until I found another one. This company did not invest in me and even when I put in my notice, upper management didn’t say a word to me. Not a very sustainable career
