      The managers of the sales team are easy to reach. They do give responsibilities to the sales personel and make them feel important.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility. Lack of organization. As an intern, not many opportunities to grow within the company, even though you've worked hard. Very bad salary.

      Good pay for full time A lot of fragrances to sell Owned by L’Oréal took good care during pandemic

      Toxic work environment HR will listen to concerns but take 0 action in fixing a concern Plant maintenance and duties not connected to job description will be expected to be done without question Anxious work environment, competing to keep job created an uneasy and unpleasant experience. Disgruntled employees.

      I don’t find no one benefit to work for the company. I personally advised you to avoid working with them you will regret it .
