Pros
Cutting edge development opportunities with a lot of freedom within reasonable limits. Friendly people with a lot of encouragement and support. Excellent market to be in during bad economic times.
Cons
Not deep pocketed enough resulting in constant threat to product development. Although this is a good thing to keep one on their toes, it's not a healthy environment for risk taking.
